First I would like to start by saying a big thank you to you and your staff. Our Booster Club was checking into having a full color program this year for our girls. The prices that we were getting were outrageous for the size of book we were wanting. So I set out on the Internet hoping to find a template to maybe create our own and then just have it printed.
This is when I came across your website’s Free Download. I was very skeptical at first, because you really never know what you are getting. I downloaded the program and was amazed at how easy it was to put my data into your layouts. You contacted me the next day to see if there was anything that you could do or any questions you could answer and offered your services at any time I needed. At that time I inquired about how the printing of the program worked.
Again, I was a little skeptical because it was not my money I was spending to have the books printed. I expressed my concerns to you. You were very understanding and assured me that you and your company were legit. My biggest concern was what the price would be for printing and shipping, because I needed the books by the next Friday. You then asked me how many pages our book was, I told you how many and that this year the book would not be used as a fund raiser but as an appreciation to our seniors and our supporters.
When you told me what it would cost, I was floored. You were 1/2 of what we had been quoted. I thought okay, great price, but he probably can’t get them to me by next week. Once again you came through with the right answer. You said, “If you can have the completed book uploaded to me by this day, we can have them printed and shipped in time.”
Thanks to my freezing up computer, I had a hard time getting it uploaded, so I called you around 7:00 pm TX time and you immediately got a hold of your IT guy and conference called me. 2 hours later you had my final copy and we were in business.
I received my books and they looked AWESOME. As I was flipping through the book, I saw that I had uploaded the wrong picture of one of our seniors and was just devastated. I called you and explained my situation and asked if I sent you the correct picture, could you change it out and print me just 10 copies of the new one for her and her family? You said, “Sure, that can be done. No problem”. Again, you could have charged me whatever you wanted and you didn’t. You were very reasonable. We are looking forward to next year’s book and, hopefully, being able to use it as a fundraiser for our girls.
